New four-story office and laboratories building. Including medium voltage cabling, distribution equipment, emergency generators, UPS systems, security systems, etc.

New and remodeled operating rooms, sub-sterile rooms, support staff areas, materials management, clean cores with new elevators and a soiled utility area with new lifts. A new 13.8kv substation along with a flywheel UPS.
