The purpose of Sweet Pea's & Bumblebee's Child Care is to provide care and love for each child enrolled. Children are
encouraged to learn through hands-on experience that allows each child to progress at an individual pace. There are
many activities to enhance learning in all areas of development: physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The
goal of this child care facility is provide a warm and loving environment where children learn through interaction with other
children and adults.

The staff will administer positive child guidance, which will allow the children to better understand how to socialize with
their teachers and friends. Developmentally and age appropriate activities will enhance the physical, emotional, social,
creative, and cognitive self in each child.

The staff at Sweet Pea's & Bumblebee's Child Care considers their position more than a baby sitting position, it is a
career, a choice they have made a commitment to.
It is love, patience, time and commitment striving to make a better future for the lives of our young children.
