ATM CHECK DEPOSIT
You now can deposit a check, without a deposit slip, at one of our ATMs located at Wal-Mart Supercenter, MotorBank South, Centreville, and Woodville MotorBank. You must have a UMB debit card. You will receive a copy of the check along with your receipt for the deposit. Stop by one of these locations for a demonstration.

Staff at United Mississippi Bank will never contact you and ask for your account number, pin number or social security number for your accounts with us. Please do not give this personal information to anyone contacting you and identifying themselves as an employee at UMB.

United Mississippi Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, which presently includes United Mississippi Bank NOW accounts, is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules which does include United Mississippi Bank NOW accounts.
If you have a transfer or sweep arrangement in effect by which funds are moved from a non-interest bearing transaction account into an ineligible NOW or savings account, such transfer or sweep will void the FDICs transaction account guarantee and could decrease your FDIC deposit insurance coverage.
