All condos, beach houses, cottages, and golf course properties rentals come fully furnished with towels, linens, and an initial supply of paper goods. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishware, cookware, utensils, and small appliances such as coffee makers and toasters. Most rental units have frost-free refrigerators with icemaker, garbage disposals, dishwashers, washers and dryers, and microwave ovens. Most units also have VCR's in the living room areas.
