Welcome to the Dermatology practice of Dr. Thomas Garrott and Alan Crawford, PA-C. Our clinic offers general Dermatology care including examinations and treatments for all types of skin cancers as well as evaluation and treatment for eczema, psoriasis, acne, rashes and moles. We are Medicare and Tricare providers as well as providers for most insurance carriers including Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Mississippi.

Referrals from other physicians or providers are not required. Appointments for our medical clinic can be made by calling 228-872-8873.

Patient registration materials may be downloaded and filled out prior to the appointment time by visiting 'patient forms' at the top of the page. This will expedite the check-in process and allow patients to be seen in a timely manner. Please provide correct and updated health insurance information to help ensure timely filing of claims.
