Two blocks from the Maple Terrace B&B, the downtown boasts a Courthouse Square that has recently been revitalized as a Main Street USA Project. Its quaint shops include antiques, gifts, collectibles, fashions, food and fun. Fitness buffs can even jog to the gym.

Kosciusko Mississippi has been listed twice as one of America's top 100 best small towns and is located on the historic Natchez Trace Parkway. Birthplace of Oprah Winfrey, the city hosts the Natchez Trace Festival on the last Saturday of each April.

It's tea time, all the time, at the Maple Terrace Inn where guests are invited to refreshments on the large screened porch. It's the perfect place to read about the Aaron Storer family and the ghost of Old Frank Olive.
