It seems like yesterday that we started with an old ironworker, a pick-up truck and a few welding machines on a dirt floor.
Over 40years later
Steel Service's main plant spans 10 acres of reinforced concrete on a 53-acre site. Our modern manufacturing facility features the latest CNC equipment, a sophisticated handling system, a state of the art blasting and painting facility, and a10,000-ton material handling facility.
Steel Service Corporation is the preferred steel contractor for our preferred customers throughout the world's construction and manufacturing industries.
Incorporated in January of 1969, Steel Service has established a leadership position in the steel fabrication industry with a reputation for quality products and superior service.
With a history of more than a thousand projects, Steel Service has expanded and includes an affiliated division, The Service Center, established in 1976.
