The Shepherd's Staff is a Christian counseling and educational organization dedicated to fostering personal and relational growth. The Shepherd's Staff therapists are competent professionals with extensive clinical experience in individual, marital and family therapy.

Founded in 1981, The Shepherd's Staff was one of the first Christian counseling centers in the Jackson area. The therapists on staff are committed to the principle of helping clients develop open and loving relationships as exemplified in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. While dedicated to spiritual ideals, The Shepherd's Staff is not affiliated with any particular faith community.
