At Highland Baptist Church, we dont think that way. Neither do the people from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and New Orleans who received meals prepared and distributed by denominational groups like Southern Baptist; nor the tens of thousands who received food, medicine and a helping hand halfway around the world after the December 05 Tsunami.
Being part of a denominational church makes you part of something that is worldwide in scope while still local in focus. It is the best of both worlds.
